Manok Na Pula Old Versions — 8.2, 8.1, 8.0 to 6.2 (2026)

Manok Na Pula has seven old versions worth knowing, from 8.2 back to 6.2. The fact that decides which one runs on your phone is the Android floor: it sits at Android 4.4 for 6.2 and 6.5, 5.0 for 7.0 to 8.0, 6.0 for 8.1, and 5.1 for 8.2.

Available Old Versions

Seven old versions sit between the current release and 6.2, and 8.2 is the newest of them.

Manok Na Pula 8.2 — January 2026

8.2 added Autonomous Ultra Sisiw, Manok na Magtataho and Manok na Moja, plus two places: Chocolate Hills and Universe Arena. It steadied multiplayer and introduced a voucher code for a discounted Ultra Sisiw. It needs Android 5.1.

Manok Na Pula 8.1 — June 2025

8.1 shrank the file to 89.7 MB and was tuned to run on slower phones. It added Manok na Goma (Gear4), three places — Snowy Village, Dalampasigan and Damuhan — and reworked six older ones. It also added a ban on cheaters. It needs Android 6.0, the highest floor in the archive.

Manok Na Pula 8.0 — November 2024

8.0 is the largest content release here: Monkey 4 Evolve, Manok na Gymnast, Manok na Unicorn, Manok ni Kupido, Manok na Hokage and Manok na Boksingero; two places, Computer Shop and Farm; 8 rank badges from Bronze to Mythical Glory; 22 achievements; and a new mode, Memory of the Dragon.

Manok Na Pula 7.2 — December 2023

7.2 added Manok na Hokage and Manok na Boksingero and one place, Lost World. It is the first version packaged as XAPK as well as APK.

Manok Na Pula 7.0 — September 2023

7.0 fixed a crash on Android 12 and Android 13, so it is the oldest version carrying that fix. It added Super Sisiw 3, Manok na Akatchuki, Manok na Latolato, Manok na Labandera and Manok na Hari, and brought in-app purchases back.

Manok Na Pula 6.5 — December 2022

6.5 added Manok na Isang Suntok, Manok ni Taguro 120% and Manok na Serena, and seven backgrounds: Castle, Classroom, Jeepney, Korean Town, Big Ben, Great Pyramid and Laboratory.

Manok Na Pula 6.2 — before December 2022

6.2 added Manok na Kyubi, Manok na Bulkan, Manok na Marites, Manok ni Evo and Manok na Pink, six places, and three languages: English, Thai and Indonesian. It removed the AFK penalty.

Why Go Back to an Older Version?

The most common reason is the phone: an older version asks for less. Three things changed between releases that send players backward.

The Android floor

8.1 raised the requirement to Android 6.0. A phone on Android 5.0 or 5.1 that ran 8.0 could not install 8.1. Version 8.2 brought the floor back down to 5.1.

File size

8.1 is 89.7 MB against 109.7 MB for 8.2 — 20 MB lighter — and was built to run on slower phones.

Rule changes

8.1 added a ban on cheaters, and 7.0 brought in-app purchases back.

Which Version Should You Pick?

On a phone running Android 4.4, the only versions that install are 6.5 and 6.2. Above that, pick by Android version first and content second.

Online matches pair players through the game’s servers, and those players are on the current release. An old version is not a supported way to play online.

Minimum Android by Version

The lowest floor in the archive is Android 4.4, on versions 6.2 and 6.5. The requirement did not rise in a straight line:

6.2 and 6.5

Android 4.4

7.0, 7.2 and 8.0

Android 5.0

8.1

Android 6.0

8.2 and the current version

Android 5.1

The dip from 6.0 back to 5.1 is easy to miss. A phone on Android 5.1 runs 8.0, cannot run 8.1, and runs 8.2 again.

APK or XAPK: Which File Is It?

Versions up to 7.0 are single APK files; 7.2 exists in both forms; from 8.0 onward the game is packaged as XAPK. An APK installs with one tap. An XAPK — an APK bundled with extra resource files in one archive — does not: Android’s own installer cannot open it, and it needs an installer app that unpacks the bundle first.

Check the file extension before you tap. A file ending in .xapk that is renamed to .apk fails with a parse error.

How to Install an Older Version

Android will not install a lower version over a higher one, so the newer game has to come off the phone first. That one rule is what makes a downgrade different from a normal install.

1

Back up your save, because the next step deletes the data stored on the phone.

2

Uninstall the version you have now.

3

Confirm your Android version in Settings > About phone, and match it against the version table.

4

Install the older file. The full walkthrough, including where the “install unknown apps” switch sits on each phone brand, is on the Manok Na Pula Mod APK page.

Is an Old Version Safe?

An old version carries one risk the current one does not: it stopped receiving fixes on the day its successor shipped. Four checks apply to any old-version file before it is installed:

  • Package name reads com.tatay.manokNaPula.
  • Version number shown by the installer matches the version you meant to install.
  • File size is close to the size in the version table.
  • Minimum Android matches the table; a file that claims a different floor is a different build.

Common Errors

“App not installed” on a downgrade means a newer version is still on the phone; uninstall it and install again. Two other errors come from the Android floor and the file format.

“There was a problem parsing the package”

the phone is below that version’s Android floor — 8.1 on Android 5.1, for example — or an XAPK was opened as an APK.

The game closes on launch on Android 12 or 13

the crash fix for these systems arrived in 7.0. Move up to 7.0 or newer.

A first install on Android, with the setting for each phone brand, is in the Manok Na Pula install guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

6.5 arrived on 2022-12-31, and 6.2 came before it. No dated record exists for 6.2 or for the builds of 2021.

7.0 from 2023-09-19, followed by 7.2 on 2023-12-17.

No. iOS installs only the build currently on the App Store, and old-version files are Android packages that an iPhone cannot open.

Not from the phone itself: uninstalling the newer version deletes its local data. Cloud saving was already in the game by version 5.5, which shipped a fix for it. It works only in the official game: a modified build cannot sign in to Google Play Games (“Failed to login Google Play Games” on the v8.3 mod), so its progress stays on the phone.
